Charles Saliba has extensive work experience in the field of asset management and systems engineering. Charles currently holds the position of Head of Asset Management at the Scottish Prison Service since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same organization as a Systems Engineer/Project Manager from August 2010. Saliba also has a rich background as a co-founder and Director of VSS Ltd., where they were responsible for maintenance and project delivery in the IT, security, and uninterruptible power supplies systems sectors from January 1994 until October 2010.

Charles Saliba obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Malta between the years 1993 and 1997.
