Frank Oreilly is an experienced Learning and Development Manager with a focus on enhancing skills and personal career development. Since June 2020, Frank has been with the Scottish Prison Service, overseeing training initiatives and promoting innovative training methods through remote platforms and blended learning. Prior to this, Frank spent over eleven years at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, managing a team responsible for delivering training to over 450 staff across the highlands, aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Frank's educational background includes training in social care and learning and development from The Open University and other institutions.
Scottish Prison Service
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government and was first established in April 1993. Our Framework Document sets out the policy and resources framework set by Scottish Ministers within which the SPS operates. As an Executive Agency, the SPS is funded by the Scottish Government.
