Hayley Wright currently serves as the Planning, Performance and Risk Manager at the Scottish Prison Service since January 2017, where previous roles include Business Manager for Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement, and Business Activities Lead for Justice. Additionally, Hayley has experience in corporate change and audit roles within the Scottish Prison Service. Prior to this, Hayley held the position of Risk Management Team Administrator at Pertemp, and worked as a Research and Insight Executive at Denvir Marketing Agency, focusing on providing insights for various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Social Research (Criminology) and a BA Hons in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Stirling, as well as an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from The Institute of Risk Management.
Scottish Prison Service
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government and was first established in April 1993. Our Framework Document sets out the policy and resources framework set by Scottish Ministers within which the SPS operates. As an Executive Agency, the SPS is funded by the Scottish Government.
