Gavin Rittoo

Gavin Rittoo is a seasoned sports journalist currently serving as the Club Journalist for Hibernian Football Club since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Reporter for the Scottish Rugby Union, where responsibilities involved conducting post-match interviews and hosting highlights shows for FOSROC Super 6 matches. Gavin also worked as a Communications Coordinator for Scottish Student Sport, overseeing digital communications, and as a Presenter for Progress Productions during ‘The Hundred’ cricket competition. Previously, a Media Intern at Aberdeen Football Club and the Scottish Rugby Union, Gavin gained valuable experience in media reporting and press duties. Academic qualifications include a Journalism degree from Robert Gordon University and a strong educational background from Boroughmuir High School. Notable achievements include serving as the Scottish youth ambassador for the British & Irish Lions during the 2017 Tour of New Zealand.
