Kerry Halliday has a strong background in ticketing and customer engagement within the sports and events industry. From 2008 to present, Kerry has held various roles at Scottish Rugby, including Head of Group Ticketing & Customer Engagement, Ticketing Operations Manager, Head of Ticketing, and Events Manager. In these positions, Kerry has been responsible for overseeing ticketing operations, customer engagement, and event planning for Scottish Rugby's matches and third-party events. Prior to joining Scottish Rugby, Kerry gained valuable knowledge of the events industry as an Event Staff/PT Project Manager at Maximillion from 2005 to 2008. Kerry also served as an Events Coordinator at The Edinburgh Playhouse in 2007.
Kerry Halliday attended Balerno High School from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their 7 Standard Grades and 5 Highers. Kerry studied English, Maths, PE, Business Management, and Biology during their time at the school. After completing their secondary education, Kerry then went on to Edinburgh Napier University from 2004 to 2008. At the university, they pursued a degree in Festival, Event, and Marketing Management with a specialization in Events Management.
