Rudi Urbach

Rudi Urbach serves as the Area Director at Scottish Rugby since June 2018, where additional roles include Regional Director, Head Coach for Scotland U18 Women, Regional Manager, and Game Development Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development at Bowls Scotland and Head Coach and Academy Manager at Dumfries Saints RFC. Rudi's extensive coaching background extends to previous positions at Glenwood High School Durban and the University of KwaZulu-Natal, alongside operational management roles at ARB Electrical Wholesalers and Project Management Office. Rudi holds a B-Tech degree in Architectural Technology from Durban University of Technology and has completed several coaching qualifications through esteemed organizations, including World Rugby and Scottish Rugby.
