Scottish Swimming
Kirsten Phillips is an experienced communications professional with a focus on sports and media relations. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Scottish Swimming since August 2005, Kirsten has also held various roles in significant sporting events, including Press Attache for the British Para-Swimming team at the Tokyo Paralympic Games and the World Para Swimming World Championships in 2019. Furthermore, Kirsten acted as Aquatics Media Officer for Scotland's Aquatics Squad during the Commonwealth Games in both Gold Coast and Glasgow. With a background in marketing and communications from Brand-Rex and the London Scottish Rugby Club, combined with a degree in Export Studies & Languages from Edinburgh Napier University, Kirsten possesses a comprehensive skill set to navigate the demands of sports communication.
