Graeme Marchbank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, governance, and sports management. Currently serving as a Bureau Member (Non Executive Director) for LEN - European Aquatics since July 2022, Graeme has been engaged in commercial and marketing efforts while contributing to the Equality and Diversity Commission and the agency's rebranding initiative. As Board Chair and Non Executive Director at Scottish Swimming, Graeme plays a vital role in the Audit & Risk Committee. Additionally, Graeme holds a Non Executive Director position at British Swimming, acting as the International Relations lead. At Diageo since January 2004, Graeme has held various procurement leadership roles, overseeing significant projects like the £185 million investment in Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
