Susan Fotheringham has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Training Consultant at Scottish Widows since January 2020 and previously as a Recruitment Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2001 to January 2020, where Susan held positions such as Business Delivery Trainer and Telephony Mortgage Advisor, showcasing expertise in mortgage advising and customer service.
