Chiara Paradiso is an accomplished marketing professional with experience in brand management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Assistant Brand Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since August 2021, Chiara also founded That's Emo, a company that supports pediatric mental health initiatives through creative fashion pieces inspired by personal emotions. Prior to this, Chiara co-founded and served as CEO and designer for Redo By 2 while also working as a Merchandiser at Dyenomite Apparel. Chiara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with concentrations in Public Relations, Professional Sales, and Art History from The University of Toledo, completed in 2018.
