Caitlin Lary is an experienced professional in contract management and government affairs. Currently serving as Associate Director of Contracts at Scout since August 2021, Caitlin has previously held positions including Senior Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager. Prior to joining Scout, Caitlin worked at Charter Communications as a Government Affairs Administrator, where responsibilities included supporting franchising activities and managing content for State Government Affairs. Early career roles include lobbying assistant for former New Hampshire Speaker of the House George B. Roberts, Jr., and Deputy Statewide Field Director for Kelly for New Hampshire, overseeing a field team for constituent outreach. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from Saint Anselm College, a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and another Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Roger Williams University.
