Previously, at ICON plc, he worked as the Associate Director of Business Intelligence, managing transitions to PowerBI, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, and crafting a data-driven pricing model for core business services. With a background in teaching, research, and consultancy, Eric has a diverse skill set that includes data analysis, system design, and project management across various industries.
