Aarthi Narayan has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Aarthi began their career as a Software Engineer at Covansys India Pvt Limited in 2003, where they worked until 2006. Aarthi then joined Micro Focus in 2007 as a Software Systems Developer, holding the position until 2011. Aarthi then transitioned to Scout Exchange in 2014, starting as a Software Developer and progressing to Senior Software Developer in 2016. Aarthi worked as a Technical Team Lead from 2021 to 2022, before becoming a Software Engineering Manager for a brief period. Currently, Aarthi serves as the Head of Engineering at Scout Exchange, starting in August 2022.
Aarthi Narayan completed their education at the University of Madras from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication. In 2013, they attended The StartUp Institute for a Web Development RampUp program. Additionally, they obtained certifications from MongoDB and Scrum Alliance in March 2014 and September 2019 respectively.
