Melanie Marks has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Melanie currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Scout Motors Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Caribou from June 2022 to March 2023, and as a Senior Recruiter from December 2021 to June 2022.
Before their tenure at Caribou, Melanie worked as a Specialty Recruiter at Peloton Interactive from August 2020 to December 2021. Melanie also served as a Corporate Recruiter at Willis Towers Watson from April 2016 to July 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Recruiter at JP Energy Partners, where they focused on the movement of crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids from October 2014 to April 2016.
Melanie also has experience in the entertainment industry, having worked as a Recruiting Specialist (Contract) at DreamWorks Animation from March 2014 to August 2014. Additionally, they served as a Staffing Manager at AltaMed Health Services from April 2013 to March 2014, where they managed all temporary and registry staffing requests for a healthcare facility chain in Southern California.
Earlier in their career, Melanie held roles such as Account Manager/Recruiting Specialist in the Events Division at 24 Seven Inc. from September 2012 to March 2013, and as a Recruiting Specialist at Formula from April 2011 to September 2012. Melanie began their career as a Recruiter at Apollo Group from July 2008 to February 2011.
Melanie Marks, MSM, holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism- Public Relations from the University of North Texas. However, specific start and end years for each degree are not provided.
