Currently serving as the Manager of Supplier Quality at Scout Motors Inc. since April 2024, Reginald has previously held key positions at Volvo Car Corporation as Senior Site Supplier Quality Management, Mekra Lang North America as Quality Manager, Harsco Rail as Site Quality Manager, and Bose Corporation as Quality Management Systems Engineer. Reginald holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University.
