Ryan Spann began their work experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Competent Staffing Resource in May 2011. Ryan then worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at IMI Material Handling Logistics from May 2012 to September 2013. Following that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at MeritHall Staffing from October 2013 to September 2015. From October 2015 to October 2018, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Onsite Manager at Staffmark. Ryan then joined BMW Group as a Regional Technical Recruiter from October 2018 to January 2020. Ryan then worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Iconex from October 2020 to July 2021. Ryan subsequently joined Zillow as a Senior R4R Recruiter from July 2021 to December 2021. From December 2021 to March 2023, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Caribou. Currently, Ryan Spann is employed as a Senior Recruiter at Scout Motors Inc., starting from March 2023.
Ryan Spann attended Lane College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from Staffmark.
