Paul started their career at IBM as a Semiconductor Engineer in 1978 and held various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager, Semiconductor Plant Manager, Director of New Product Development, and Vice President for Semiconductor Research and Development. In 2012, they joined the Semiconductor Consortium as the General Manager G450C. Most recently, they have been working at SCREEN as the Vice President and Senior Strategy Executive since 2017.
Paul Farrar earned a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978.
