David Osborne

David Osborne serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ScribeAmerica since April 2022, where key responsibilities include defining and implementing the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy. Previously, David held the position of Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lowe's Companies, Inc., overseeing a significant recruitment effort that resulted in over 100,000 hires in 2021. David also has experience as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, managing a nationwide recruiting team, and as Director of Sales Recruiting at HUB International, focusing on building an Executive Recruiting Division. Earlier roles include Senior Field Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiting Manager at TMX Finance Family of Companies and Directory Distributing Associates, respectively, where David led high-volume retail recruitment efforts. David holds an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Columbia State Community College.
