Sami Niemi

Sami Niemi is a seasoned venture capital professional currently serving as a Partner at Spintop Ventures, a Nordic venture capital firm established with support from a network of tech entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Sami has a history of founding and leading technology companies, including Scalado and serving as Director of Photography at Microsoft. In addition to the role at Spintop, Sami holds board positions and invests in several startups, including VISS.AI, Valo, Zymego, Embedl, Scrintal, Cambri, IPRally Technologies Oy, Nomono, and Once Upon Publishing AB. Sami's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and further studies at North Carolina State University.
