Julia Moore Vogel

Julia Moore Vogel is a Senior Program Director at Scripps Research, where leadership focuses on inclusive, participant-centric health research programs. In a significant role as Co-Principal Investigator for The Participant Center of the All of Us Research Program, Julia is responsible for the recruitment and retention of 350,000 diverse individuals. Additionally, Julia has contributed to patient-led research with the Patient-Led Research Collaborative and served as a patient-researcher consultant at Sage Bionetworks. Previous experience includes roles at The Rockefeller University, where Julia built a genomics initiative, and at the New York Genome Center, where strategic initiatives in clinical genomics were developed. Julia holds a PhD in Computational Biology from Cornell University, an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
