Saori Utsunomiya

Saori Utsunomiya is a Program Associate at Scrum Ventures. Saori previously worked as a supervisor for customer relations at Japan Airlines from October 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they oversaw communication with the oneworld alliance and handled customer inquiries. From April 2015 to September 2016, they worked in passenger service at Japan Airlines, where they were responsible for departure gate operation and flight check-in procedures.

Saori Utsunomiya received a Bachelor's degree in Law from Keio University. Saori also attended Guildford Junior High School.
