Aneta Lazarz - Carvalho has extensive work experience in the financial sector, particularly in the areas of financial reporting, accounting policy, and strategy. Aneta started their career at PwC, where they served as a Manager in Transaction Services and Financial Services, specializing in financial due diligence and providing accounting advice to various financial institutions. Aneta then joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Director in the Technical Accounting Group, where they delivered commercial solutions and technical expertise in interpreting and applying accounting principles to complex transactions. In their most recent role at Sculptor Capital Management, Aneta served as the Head of Financial Reporting, Accounting Policy, and Strategy, providing technical expertise and advising stakeholders on effective business decisions related to investment funds management and reporting. Aneta has a strong background in US GAAP and IFRS and is skilled in areas such as consolidation, debt/equity accounting, revenue recognition, and lease accounting.
