Anshu Kalhan has a diverse background in finance and asset management. Anshu was the Managing Director & Head of North American Asset Management at Sculptor Capital Management from 2013 to present. In this role, Anshu was responsible for overseeing investments in various sectors including gaming, lodging, senior housing, multifamily, resort, retail, parking, and other commercial real estate.

Prior to that, Anshu worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Foxwoods Development Company where they held several positions. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Executive Director of Business Development. Before that, they were the Director of Development from 2010 to 2012 and the Financial Analysis Manager from 2007 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, Anshu was a Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis at Citigroup from 2005 to 2007 and a Senior Financial Analyst at Argosy Gaming Company from 2003 to 2005.

Anshu Kalhan pursued their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2003 at Washington University in St. Louis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Anshu'smajor fields of study were Finance and Political Science. Anshu later decided to further their education and attended the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in the field of Business Administration.
