Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Scylla AG since March 2012, Allan has held various chef positions, including executive chef, sous chef, and chef de partie (CDP). Previous roles include a CDP at International Classic Cruises and Head Chef at Restaurant Jurand. Additional experience includes positions at Hotel Mercury, DFDS Seaways IJmuiden B.V., and LAMBOS MARITIME OVERSEAS LTD. Allan's culinary education was obtained at the Cook School of Odessa.
