Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens

Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens currently serves as Chief People Officer at SD Worx since September 2022. Prior to this role, Bruce co-founded huapii, where the focus was on empowering organizations and employees through a skills platform. Bruce held significant positions at Euroclear as Chief Talent Officer, Solvay as Senior VP for Agile Working and Digital HR, and held various leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, including Junior Partner and General Manager for People Analytics. With a strong academic foundation in Business Economics from Ghent University and advanced management studies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Barcelona School of Economics, Bruce is also a certified coach for Harrison Assessments.
