Yannic Helsen

Yannic Helsen is a seasoned project manager with over two decades of experience in ICT and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at SD Worx since August 2011, prominent achievements include the consolidation of telephony lines and the migration from Skype to Teams. Previous roles at SD Worx include Infrastructure Project Manager and Project Manager ICT, focusing on development projects. Prior to SD Worx, Yannic held the position of Project Manager at ZNA, overseeing administration projects, and worked as a Software Consultant at MSP and Real Software, specializing in Lotus Notes. Educational qualifications include a Licentiaat in Modern History from KU Leuven and a Kandidaat in Modern History from the University of Antwerp.
