Don Zoufal

Don Zoufal is the President and Founder of CrowZnest Consulting, Inc., established in February 2015, where consulting services are provided to enhance safety and security through technology solutions. In addition to this role, Don Zoufal serves as a Lecturer at the University of Chicago for the Masters of Science in Threat and Response Program and has over a decade of experience as a Safety and Security Executive at SDI, advising on market trends and serving as a subject matter expert. Previous roles include Legal Advisor for the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and a retired Colonel in the US Army, with extensive leadership experience in various military and civilian security positions, including significant roles within emergency management agencies and legal counsel in state departments. Educational background includes advanced degrees in Homeland Security, Law, and Public Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Naval Postgraduate School.
