Kevin Whitney

Kevin Whitney has a diverse background in GIS and technology roles. Kevin began their career as a Lead Supervisor at Signature Flight Support before moving on to roles as a GIS Technician at the US Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Evanston. Kevin then transitioned to Municipal GIS Partners, Inc. where they served as a GIS Specialist and GIS Analyst. Kevin's most recent experience includes roles at SDI Presence, where they worked as a GIS Analyst, Technical Manager for Video Services, and Delivery Executive, ultimately progressing to their current position as Vice President focusing on Aviation and Physical Security Technology. Throughout their career, Kevin has been involved in managing projects, leading teams, implementing security strategies, and enhancing GIS programs for various organizations.

Kevin Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from Northeastern Illinois University. Kevin also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems - Security and Compliance from DePaul University. Additionally, Kevin has obtained various certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level, Axis Certified Professional, CISA, and GISP.
