Maximilian Gollner

Maximilian Gollner serves as the Director at 11WINS, a football player consulting agency focused on career development and brand partnerships, since June 2025. As a Founding Partner at Pando Ventures GmbH, established in August 2016, Gollner is involved in early-stage start-up investment and mentorship. Gollner also played a significant role as a Founding Investor in Sdui, which successfully raised over €100M and exited to Bain Capital. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Committee & LPAC Member at PT1, Corporate Venture Capital Lead at Commerz Real AG, and a business development role at acáo GmbH. Gollner's academic credentials include executive training in Private Equity from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Sports Management from accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg.
