Michael Haynes

Michael Haynes, CPIM, currently serves as the Master Scheduler at Sea-Bird Scientific since March 2021, demonstrating expertise in production scheduling and planning. Previously, in roles such as Sr. Production Scheduler and Production Planner at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies and Abodian Inc., respectively, Michael collaborated across departments to develop build plans, track key performance indicators, and manage production workflows for semi-custom aerospace and medical products. An operations manager at Office Depot, Michael effectively merged operational procedures during a pivotal transition. Additionally, experiences as an Assessor with Toyota Georgetown and in DVST operations at Lexel Imaging Systems highlight a commitment to lean systems and process improvement. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Kentucky and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
