In addition to this role, Kelly has been the Vice President of Global Client Success, Executive Talent & Diversity Hiring at Enertech Search Partners since May 2011, where an emphasis is placed on connecting leading talent within the emerging technology and clean tech sectors. Prior experience includes managing talent acquisition for energy markets and business development initiatives related to women in cleantech. Kelly co-founded Solnet LLC, specializing in business development and intelligence for startups in the fashion and technology industries, and held key sales and management roles at APS Technologies and Macworks LLC. Educated at Seattle University with a BA in English Literature and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Kelly possesses a strong background in sales, business development, and talent acquisition.
