Currently serving as the Founder's Office & Country Head at Sea since October 2020, Terence leads group-wide initiatives including market entry and investment projects. As a Venture Partner at Kairos Capital Group since May 2020, Terence provides expertise in deal structuring and evaluation. Previously, Terence held several key roles at Johnson Controls from 2011 to 2020, including VP and General Manager for North America, where responsibilities included P&L management and strategy execution, as well as leading significant integration efforts during the merger with Tyco International. Terence's early career included positions at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on corporate strategy and operational advisory across various industries. Terence earned a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
