Mathilde des Courtis is an accomplished professional with significant experience in leadership and consultancy within the finance and transformation sectors. Currently serving as Directrice générale déléguée at SeaBird since March 2017, Mathilde has been responsible for managing the Transformation Practice, overseeing the Investment and Finance & Risks verticals. Prior to SeaBird, Mathilde worked at Generali from 2013 to 2017, where roles included financial analyst and apprentice financial analyst, contributing to product innovation and management oversight of various investment companies. Earlier experience includes a role at Philips, focusing on tax and talent acquisition. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School and has pursued further studies in international finance at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta.
