Ambreen Staggs

Ambreen Staggs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ambreen started their career as a Business Solutions Consultant at Accenture in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Ambreen then joined Capgemini as a People & Change Consultant, specializing in Change Management and Performance Improvement in various industries, including Financial Services, Retail, and the Government sector. After their time at Capgemini, Ambreen worked at Oliver Wyman as an Engagement Manager, where they gained experience in Management Consulting and worked on defining organizational strategies and implementing business changes across different sectors. Currently, Ambreen holds the position of Director of Assurance, Quality & Enterprise Risk Management at Seadrill and has previously served as the Director of Quality & Enterprise Risk and Head of Strategic Projects to COO at the same company. Ambreen also worked as the Manager of Strategic Projects to COO and Efficiency Programme Manager at Seadrill. Ambreen brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as analysis and design, business alignment and engagement, capability development, behavioral change, and project management.

Ambreen Staggs obtained their MSc degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the years 1996 to 2000. In 2015, they completed the Management Development Programme at INSEAD. More recently, in 2019, they also completed the Experienced Leadership Programme at IMD.
