Heath Spirit

Heath Spirit is an experienced electrician currently working with Seadrill since April 2019, focusing on fault-finding and maintenance for drilling and thruster drives on offshore drilling units in the North Sea. Previous positions span from maintenance technician at Siemens to field performance manager at Southern Water, where Heath built and directed a compliance-focused team. With a solid background in electrical systems, including high-voltage installations and condition-based monitoring across various roles, Heath has a history of successful project execution, including overseeing electrical emergency shutdown tests and implementing workshops to enhance asset repair capabilities. Educational qualifications include multiple Bachelor of Technology degrees in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a four-year apprenticeship in Automotive Engineering.
