Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience spanning several companies. Kevin began their career at EY as an Audit Manager from July 2003 to April 2010. Kevin then joined Ensco plc, where they held various roles including Manager - International Accounting and Tax and Director - External Financial Reporting. From 2016 to 2023, Kevin worked at LivaNova as Vice President - Accounting, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Currently, they are the Group Financial Controller and Vice President at Seadrill.

Kevin Smith attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in Professional Accounting with a specialization in Accounting. Kevin also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
