Massimo Consonni is an experienced executive in human resources with a career spanning from 1987 to the present. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People Experience EMEA at Sealed Air Corporation since January 1994, Massimo has held various director-level positions focusing on HR activities across Southern Europe and the Middle East, including managing operations in countries such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Romania, and Israel. Prior to this, Massimo worked as a Human Resources Manager at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities included compensation and international mobility management. Massimo holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Università Bocconi and a Master’s from SDA Bocconi.
