Yun Smith

Yun Smith is an experienced Solutions Consultant and Implementation Manager at GovOS since July 2020, contributing to digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing government services through customizable software solutions. Prior to this role, Yun served as an Enterprise Implementation Analyst at Indeavor from October 2017 to July 2020, focusing on workforce management solutions and customer satisfaction, along with experience as a Support Analyst providing application support. Before entering the tech industry, Yun was a Leadership Scholar with The Posse Foundation and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. Additionally, experience includes mentoring high school students on college preparation through the Pre-college Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence.
