Alicia Sack has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Alicia began their career as a Per Diem Substitute Teacher at Abington, Haverford & Lower Merion School Districts. From 2011 to 2012, Alicia worked as a Lead Teacher at Main Line Reform Temple, where they were in charge of a self-contained classroom and created lesson plans and activities for young children.
In 2012, Alicia joined Sprout as an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing & Communications department. Alicia worked there until 2014.
Later in 2014, Alicia became the Executive Assistant to the CEO & VP at Helium Comedy Club for a period of six months.
From 2015 to 2020, Alicia served as an Account Manager at SeatEngine Ticketing, where they managed client accounts.
Moreover, Alicia worked as a Product Manager at SeatEngine Ticketing from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they collaborated with the engineering team to develop new features and created user stories to drive product planning. Alicia was responsible for developing messaging and support documentation for new feature rollouts.
Most recently, Alicia was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer at SeatEngine Ticketing in April 2022. Their current position indicates their increased responsibility and leadership within the company.
Alicia Sack obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Clark University in 2009. Alicia further pursued their education at the University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Elementary Education and Teaching, and earned a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) degree.
