Monica Huguet

Monica Huguet is currently serving as a Digital Product Manager for the Cupra Website and AI Product Manager at SEAT:CODE, focusing on the innovation and scalability of AI products and mobile applications that enhance vehicle connectivity for CUPRA and SEAT users. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Supply Chain Project Manager at Coty, where significant achievements included delivering $160M in net revenue while managing multi-functional teams across international markets. Monica’s career also includes roles in strategy consulting, sales operations, and category management, with experience gained at companies such as KLB GROUP, Startup Funding Club, and Pronovias. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona and participation in exchange programs at Louvain School of Management. Monica is currently advancing knowledge in project and product management at the Product Institute and The Hero Camp.
