Sophie J. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and insurance industries.

Sophie began their career as a Travel Consultant in 2012 before transitioning to become an Insurance Consultant. In this role, they provided accurate information and advice to customers, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Sophie then moved into the field of quality assurance and became a Senior QA Tester in November 2013. Sophie managed their own workload and made significant progress in their career during their four-year tenure.

Sophie's most recent position was at Zego, where they served as an Engineering Manager from February 2021 to February 2023. Sophie was responsible for setting team strategies, guiding team members on reshaping their ways of working, and creating progression frameworks. Sophie aimed to build harmonious and empowered teams to make a greater impact in their roles.

As of April 2023, Sophie has joined Seatfrog as an Engineering Manager, continuing to contribute their expertise and leadership in the technology sector.
