Adam Grasso

Adam Grasso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adam began their career at The NPD Group as a System Administrator, where they maintained an Exchange 2000 clustered environment and performed server provisioning using VMWare. Adam then moved on to Onboard Informatics as an IT Manager, where they led a team in creating and maintaining a full enterprise infrastructure. At Nexteppe, Adam continued their role as an IT Manager, overseeing server infrastructure, vendor management, and overseas developers. Adam implemented cost-efficient changes that improved production infrastructure and enabled continuous development. Adam then joined Olo as a Site Reliability Engineer, playing a crucial role in enhancing their ordering platform. Currently, they serve as a Senior Engineering Manager at SeatGeek, a mobile ticketing marketplace, where they focus on the cloud platform.

Adam Grasso obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University. Adam pursued their education at this institution from 1998 to 2002.
