Xuelan Zhang

Xuelan Zhang has a wealth of experience in software engineering management and development. Most recently, Xuelan served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at SeatGeek. Prior to that, Xuelan worked at Dotdash Meredith as a Software Engineering Manager, where they had the responsibility of managing and leading multiple teams and building a high-performance web framework for various popular websites. Xuelan also worked as a Full Stack Web Dev Instructor at Columbia University in the City of New York, teaching a range of technologies to students. At Next Jump, Xuelan held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager, co-leading the development of HR technology and leading engineering teams for different projects. They also worked on the development of a travel booking platform and ticket booking system. Xuelan gained valuable experience as a web developer intern at Kaptur and Blue Bite early in their career.

Xuelan Zhang began their education at the University of Electrical Science and Technology of China in 2006 and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in 2010. Xuelan then pursued further education at Columbia Engineering, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology from 2010 to 2011.
