Patty Pickard

Patty Pickard is a seasoned financial leader currently serving as a Partner at SeatonHill Partners since July 2023, where Patty facilitates financial leadership for organizations, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, to navigate complex financial challenges. Prior to this role, Patty served as Chief Financial Officer at 401 Training LLC since June 2022 and held the same position at the Salesmanship Club of Dallas from September 2013 to May 2022, making significant contributions as the first CFO in the organization’s history. Patty also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the National Math and Science Initiative from May 2007 to July 2013. Educational accomplishments include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and a Business Administration and Management certificate from the Wharton School of Business Executive Training Program.
