Winnie Shan

Winnie Shan currently serves as the Head of Group Integrated Audit at Seatrium, beginning in February 2024, focusing on internal audit and transformation. Prior to this role, Winnie held the position of Assistant Vice President of Market Risk in Group Risk Management at Sembcorp Industries Ltd from June 2018 to November 2023, specializing in enterprise risk management and risk analysis. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role in Risk Assurance at PwC Singapore from May 2015 to June 2017 and a Director position at Deloitte & Touche Enterprise Risk Services from April 2008 to April 2015, with expertise in internal audit transformation and internal control implementation. Winnie started the career as an Assistant Manager at RSM Chio Lim / Corporate Advisory from May 2006 to April 2008. Academically, Winnie holds an ACCA qualification and a degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, focusing on Chinese laws.
