Melissa Krolewski

Melissa Krolewski (Gilmore) is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in clinical analytics, health equity, and anti-racism initiatives, currently serving as the Lead Data Analyst at Seattle Children’s since October 2015. Melissa’s expertise includes developing complex SQL queries, managing analytic projects focused on utilization, access, budgeting, and quality improvement. Prior roles include administrative positions at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, where Melissa utilized T-SQL for data analysis and reporting, and Washington State University, where significant contributions were made to the Registrar's Office. With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University, Melissa also has experience in early childhood education and advocacy.
