Julianne Tillmann

Julianne Tillmann, Ph.D., serves as a Scientific Advisor at KAJI since May 2021, providing expertise in research methodologies and data analysis. Additionally, Julianne is an Adjunct Professor of Research Methodologies at Seattle Pacific University since June 2023. Previous roles include Director of Research at Limeade, where management of research teams and execution of internal and customer-focused projects occurred, along with contributions in marketing strategy and product design. Julianne's earlier experience at Seattle Pacific University included positions as an Adjunct Professor of Graduate Statistics and Program Evaluation and Research Project Manager, focusing on project design and advanced data analysis techniques. Julianne holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Seattle University.
