Keith Rousu

Keith Rousu has extensive experience in both leadership and music coordination within the sports and construction sectors. Currently serving as Fleet Services Supervisor at Bloodworks Northwest since April 2002, responsibilities include managing payroll, instructing defensive driving classes, and handling insurance claims. Concurrently, Rousu has directed the Blue Thunder Drumline for the Seattle Seahawks since April 2004, enhancing game day experiences with a top-ranking ensemble. Additionally, Rousu directed the Sound Wave Band for Seattle Sounders FC from May 2008 to June 2024, and briefly led the Fireline Drumline for the XFL Seattle Dragons in 2020. Prior experience includes founding the Redline Drumline at Seattle University, supporting various athletic events, and working as a General Contractor for Rousu Construction, Inc., from 1993 to 2001. Rousu holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Washington.
