Nicholas F. Cubita, Ed.D. serves as the Director of Orientation Programs at Seattle University since February 2022, building on extensive experience in student affairs and higher education. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Area Coordinator at Northeastern University from March 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing resident assistants and managing diversity initiatives. Nicholas also instructed first-year learners as an Integration Coach and has held various roles, including Residence Director and Coordinator of New Student Connections. With a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a strong commitment to social justice and diversity, Nicholas has spearheaded numerous programs aimed at enhancing student engagement and inclusivity.
