Rachel Olson

Rachel Olson serves as the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in the Office of Strategic Initiatives at Seattle University, providing leadership for strategic planning and implementation initiatives. With a background in coordinating faculty development programs and supporting new faculty onboarding, Rachel's extensive administrative experience has included revising large datasets to enhance reporting accuracy. Prior roles include managing patient services in an orthopedic surgery practice and leading customer service at a veterinary clinic. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership Formation from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of British Columbia.
